Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of a charge for first-time subscribers.
All content, algorithms, signal logic, code, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Justice Apex LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTICE APEX LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
